Mon Sep 24 10:49:43 EDT 2007: washing machine KSL-706 (standing water): Someone will show up tomorrow, 2007-09-25. Dryer HDK-084 (no heat) was appended to ticket 336341 (same ticket number as long as a ticket in my name remains open). I will receive a refund, and they'll come over and do something about it.
